In order to collect their Smiles, members should present their Happy Card or provide their pre-registered telephone number at the checkout and on the same day of purchase.
For redemptions, Happy Card members must announce to the cashier that they need to use their gathered Smiles to settle their bill or part of it. They should also present their Happy Card or provide their pre-registered telephone number.
Happy Smiles Program will have consecutive cycles with predefined timelines. Collected Smiles will automatically expire based on the cycle predefined dates and cannot be transferred or used in the next cycle.
Each cycle starts on 1 January and ends on 31 December of each year. Redemption of the gathered Smiles during the previous cycle can be redeemed until 31 January of the following cycle.
Balance Inquiry:
Happy Card holders can check their statement on the receipt during purchases or by approaching the customer service desks in the stores or by calling 03 142779.
Smiles collected during purchases on the checkouts will enter automatically into the member’s account. The balance as of the day of purchase will be printed on the customer receipt, in case of connection failure, the number of Smiles collected on the same day will be only printed and the new balance will be shown on the next visit. Any client can join the Smiles Program and get the card.
The expiry date of the collected points is mentioned on customers’ receipts.
Terms & Conditions:
Members must register their personal details and keep Happy informed of any changes. Happy cannot be held responsible for any loss of Smiles incurred as a result of out-of-date details.
In case of loss, replacement cards will be issued for free by Happy and the balance will be added to the new card.
Happy Smiles cannot be used for any business transactions or purposes.
Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any Smiles already accrued or issued.
Happy Smiles, in whatever form, are not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is owner of the card.
Happy reserves the right to cancel any account in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the program.
Smiles will be awarded for non-qualifying products, including all types of recharge cards, cigarettes, tenants’ purchases. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Happy. Not all products have Smiles.
Happy Smiles Card can only be used for purchases from Happy Lebanon and promotional partners (if any).
The Happy Smiles Cards, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Happy which may, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of the program.
